FACTSHEETS (also known as ‘Real Talk Sessions’ )
The factsheets below (or ‘Real Talk Sessions’, as we refer to them) were developed using a mix of qualitative and quantitative findings across all weSpeak sites from both Phase 1 and 2.
Each Real Talk Session highlights a range of stories we heard from heterosexual Black men about their health and life experiences.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Structural violence and social inequities as determinants of health and life opportunities
- Heterosexual Black Men’s perspectives on vulnerability, resilience, masculinity, and heterosexuality in relation to health and HIV prevention
- Access to and availability of HIV and related health services
- Building individual and community resilience to HIV prevention
Please check back for updates to this page as more Real Talk Sessions are developed in the future.
